Rules of use

By registering on site Electroforum.org you are agreeing to the following rules:

Preface

Electroforum.org allows users to sell electronics (further electronic goods) (any devices that use electric current for operation) using the advertisements, selling of other types of goods is prohibited. The advertisements can be placed by any private person of the age 18 or older or legal person. The advertisement will be shown on the main page and in corresponding category of site www.electroforum.org. Before placing an advertisement, please define price of 1 piece of good, price of shipping and packaging, warranty term, payment method (PayPal, direct bank transfer, cash on delivery or any other), choose delivery method (Post or any other methods) and delivery terms.

Advertisements

Advertisements are paid; we accept payments via SMS and PayPal. To place an advertisements press link "Place a new advertisement". Choose the category that the best fit your good and press "tPost Advertisement" button. In advertisement clearly describe the electronic good you sell, place of origin of goods and condition of goods, availability of documentation, sellers contact information (may include e-mail, web site and phone number), terms of delivery and any other information about electronic goods. Advertisements may also include photo of the electronic goods and logotype of seller, to place an image or link to image use one of the free or paid image hosting (e.g. postimage.org).

Terms of placement of advertisement

Advertisements will be visible for the 1 month from the time of placement. Price of placing of advertisement depends on the country and is about 1 euro per week.

Rights and obligations of users

Users are free to choose any of the advertisements about selling of goods, place advertisements and are allowed to search for goods using site www.electroforum.org. Users buy goods directly from seller using the contact information shown in advertisements. Electroforum.org does not provide any payments to the sellers or buyers. In the case of conflict with seller of the goods users agree to contact seller directly, request documents, require delivery of good in time or return goods for warranty.

Disclaimer

All the advertisement that doesn&apost conform to these rules will be deleted. In the case of fraud, user account and IP address will be blocked and we will inform competent institution about the case of fraud. Electroforum.org offers service of placing advertisements, Electroforum.org doesn&apost sell or buy goods and is not affiliated with any of the sellers and buyers.
